Love my results, went from 150 to 167 in 2 weeks. I took Ultimate Gains paired with another supplement similar to Ultimate Curves, until I can catch it when it isn’t sold out Lol. After one month, I love my results! I also took the supplements and ate healthy foods with at least 150g protein a day. Drunk boost plus & ensure plus along with protein shakes. I also walked 15min a day every other day and waist trained using “Slim me down” & “Fat burn oil” for stomach gains. The red shorts are before & the green is after 1 month.
