I began my weight journey in May. I used to be as skinny as a toothpick, but look at me now. It's been about 5 months of taking the blooming curves and working out. I went from 110Ib to 160Ib. I am overjoyed to see my results and hope to meet my goal. I want to say, trust the process. TAKE THEM, AND THANK ME LATER.
