Iāve been loyal to this company since 2023 because Iāve been trying to get my body right, but this experience really disappointed me. I paid almost $150 for my bundle with the Pure Gain protein powder, and it was delayed I was supposed to receive it Saturday but didnāt get it until days later.
When it finally came, it arrived in a bag instead of a box, and it looked like someone had already opened it and then tried to wrap the bag back up with tape. One of the items was missing.I emailed with photos and video, and itās been days with no response, even though the company continues posting online. For something this expensive, it should be packaged correctly, delivered properly, and backed by real customer service.Right now, I honestly wouldnāt recommend ordering these bundles until packaging, delivery, and communication improve. This is not what I expected after supporting them for years.
