In my senior year of 2022 was when I was really skinny I began working out because of the whole pandemic thing I weighed about 130lb and was slim thick I was mainly doing glute work outs and eating carbs to balance it out I always wanted to stay around that weighted area because of how my clothes would fit they would give me that illusion of wider hips and a shrinking waist. I have gained 4 pounds since starting these. It makes me eat a lot. I never had an appetite where I could sit down & eat a whole 6 inch sub. The first 3 days are rough & they make you super sleepy but they are definitely worth the money.
