What is the processing time?

The normal processing time for all orders is 1 - 14 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. Due to increased order volume during Holiday seasons and Covid-19 Protocols, additional time may be required for processing.

 

How long does it take for an order to ship?

After your order has been processed, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days, and 10- 14 business days internationally. All items are shipped as Priority – this is not inclusive of expedited shipping.  Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, shipping times are subject to change. Orders are not eligible for refunds for shipping timeframe delays.

Customers must report all items not received 10 business days from the date the tracking shows delivered or 30 days from the date of the order (whichever comes first). Claims made outside of this window cannot be investigated or refunded. 

 

Blooming Body Contour is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by UPS, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners due to customs requirements will be canceled and refunded once returned and processed at our shipping hub.

 Lost, stolen and damaged packages happen. We truly value our customers, so all packages are insured during shipment. The shipping carrier assigned to the delivery is solely responsible for completing any necessary mail searches or investigations for affected shipments. Any shipment determined lost, stolen, or damaged during the delivery may be eligible for a refund through the shipping carrier’s claim process. No replacements or refunds are issued by Blooming Body Contour.  Once the claim is issued by the shipping carrier, it can be used to make another purchase.

Blooming Body Contour is not responsible for the update of addresses listed at checkout. Please be sure that the address you enter is correct and complete before submitting for purchase. Orders returned for insufficient address can be reshipped only once a new shipping invoice is paid by the customer. Additional fees will apply for all orders that require reshipment, restock, and/or repackaging. Blooming Body Contour is not responsible for any non-returned items due to insufficient addresses; customer is solely responsible for resolving directly with the shipping carrier.
