Refund policy


Returns are not accepted under any circumstances for the following products: Blooming Curves, Ultimate Gains, Trim and Toxify, Slim Me Down, Snatch Me Up, Fat Burn Oil, Blooming Cleanse, Pure Gains Protein Powder or The Shrink Drink

Subscription orders are not eligible for returns/refund for any reason

Waist training garments may be considered for exchange only, no refunds. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for garments only

To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Proof of purchase as well as submission of a clear photo of garment in the condition described is required before the exchange is initiated 

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@bloomingbodycontour.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at Info@bloomingbodycontour.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
